I had worked with Jim Warner on the Hellmann’s brand, and in particular on the Global Structural Squeeze Bottle Redesign.
Jim was an immense help in working through the various stages of design development and research, and was able to offer sound advice on the feasibility of the various designs submitted, the Injection molds and of course, on the aesthetic of the Design itself.
One of the key aspects of the submission of this new design was whether it was able to run on existing manufacturing lines, and if filling could be done at the same rate… Jim offered his expertise in these matters as well.
This new bottle design was indeed a success – both on our lines, and on-shelf!
